These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Clutch mobile application (“the App”), operated by Nextkey Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

Clutch provides learners with practice driving routes, navigation guidance, and related learning tools intended to assist with driving practice and preparation.

The App is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not guarantee success in any driving examination or assessment.

DVSA test routes are not published as official public route files. Clutch therefore provides practice and mock routes designed to help learners become familiar with local roads, junctions, roundabouts, and driving conditions near test centres.

Our routes are created independently from publicly observable roads and general learner-driver preparation needs. They are not official DVSA routes and are not copied from any third-party route provider.

2. No Government Affiliation

Clutch is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the DVSA, DVLA, any government agency, driving authority, licensing body, or official driving test centre.

Driving test centre names and addresses shown in Clutch are based on public sector information from GOV.UK and/or DVSA-published public data. This information is licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Source: GOV.UK driving test centre data.

Test centre names and addresses may change without notice. Clutch does not claim ownership of official test centre names or addresses, and inclusion of a test centre in the App does not imply endorsement, approval, sponsorship, or affiliation with the DVSA, DVLA, GOV.UK, or any official driving test centre.

Driving test routes, road layouts, and testing procedures may change at any time without notice.

3. Safe Use of the App

Users are solely responsible for operating vehicles safely and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
